What you'll be responsible for

• Leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Driving revenue growth across multiple channels
• Improving conversion, productivity, and sales performance
• Building a culture of accountability, coaching, and winning
• Identifying and unlocking new commercial opportunities
• Using data, insight, and forecasting to drive decisions
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape commercial strategy

What we're looking for

You've already led sizeable sales teams and delivered impressive revenue growth.

You know how to build high-performance cultures, develop future leaders, and create environments where people consistently exceed targets.

You combine commercial instinct with operational discipline. You're as comfortable coaching on the sales floor as you are presenting growth plans in the boardroom.

You'll likely bring experience from:

• High-ticket B2C sales
• Education, training, events, coaching, memberships, or similar sectors
• Fast-paced, entrepreneurial businesses
• Founder-led or high-growth organisations
