We’re looking for a proactive, organised Sales Coordinator who loves talking to people, managing multiple lead streams, and turning enquiries into real opportunities.
You’ll be the engine behind the sales process - capturing, qualifying, and assigning leads from phone, email, website, specs, downloads, and more. With a digital marketing team, better websites, and huge growth plans, we need someone who can bring order, curiosity, and energy to the role.
What you’ll do
- Handle high‑volume inbound enquiries and chase softer leads
- Dive into downloads, specs & project info to uncover real opportunities
- Manage the CRM (moving to Zoho) and keep workflows running smoothly
- Work closely with marketing, commercial & field sales to stay ahead of projects
- Track, follow up and help improve conversion rates across the business
